For Divarese’s new store within Akasya Shopping Mall, part of the Beymen Group portfolio, the objective was to create an atmosphere that foregrounds the product itself — defined by clarity of layout and an intentional distance from visual clutter.

The Urbanjobs team reimagined the store as a stage for product display. Departing from conventional retail planning, the point of sale was deliberately removed from the entrance axis, allowing visitors to encounter the products first, without interruption.

This strategy was developed with careful spatial control, ensuring clarity and orientation were maintained throughout the space.

During the design process, all storage, display and circulation elements were conceived as components of a single system. Urbanjobs redesigned these elements in a language specific to the brand, establishing a consistent, cohesive order felt across the entire store. Material choices reinforced this sense of restraint: light-toned oak surfaces, white-veined marble finishes and soft transitions in lighting. Together, these contrasts lend the space both warmth and a refined stillness.

The new concept underscores the brand’s contemporary, pared-back identity, while also standing as a current expression of Urbanjobs’ design approach — one grounded in the balance of proportion, material and function.

The store was designed not to attract attention, but to avoid distraction — and in doing so, it defines its own quiet confidence.
