In 2025, Urbanjobs received the Jury Special Award for Best Young Interior Design Office from the world-renowned Architizer. The studio approaches space not merely as form, but as a holistic experience shaped by material, texture, and light—brought to life through human interaction.
ABOUT
Founded in 2018, Urbanjobs has been recognised with numerous national and international honours, including Architizer, German Design Award, Archello, FX, and Elle Decoration. Developing a design philosophy that carefully layers sensory elements to construct atmosphere, the studio crafts a distinct spatial language in every project—designing each detail with precision, from door handles to furniture.

As founder Murat Dede notes
“The true power and value of design lie in its ability to create an experience that stimulates our senses. Design is not merely about form; it is a proposition about how a space will be lived in, how it will make us feel, and how it will mature over time.”
Today, some of Istanbul, İzmir, and Bodrum’s most notable gastronomy destinations—Batard, Zula, Momo Bebeköy, Momo Beach, Scalla, Esca, along with original concepts such as Saku and Clove—bear the signature of Urbanjobs. The studio’s portfolio also includes international collaborations with Alan Yau, Obicà, Butterfly, Johnnie Walker, and Renault.

Beyond hospitality, Urbanjobs shapes distinctive brand identities for Beymen, Getir, İş Bankası, Assembly Buildings, Kolektif House, Doğuş, and Nef, spanning retail, residential, and office projects. With over 50,000 square metres of office design experience and a portfolio extending across retail, luxury housing, and hospitality, the studio continues to deliver work that bridges craftsmanship, innovation, and atmosphere.
